THE RICH HISTORY
IF THESE WALLS COULD TALK, OH, THE STORIES THEY WOULD TELL
the edgewater history
The Edgewater’s historic building, carefully overseen by Bill during its construction, has been a place of community and connection for decades. Past owner Roger Weilbacher and his wife, Ann, served as "weekly cheerleaders," offering encouragement and support throughout the process. With each meal served, the rich history of this supper club continues to unfold.
FROM PASSION TO PLATE, CREATING A LEGACY THAT FEEDS THE SOUL
the family history
Bill and Vicki have built more than just a restaurant—they’ve created a family legacy. With Vicki’s father greeting guests as the "Executive Director of Hospitality," their son, Marcus, working alongside a talented kitchen team, and their daughter, Martha, serving with warmth and a friendly smile. Their mission remains clear: to serve delicious meals in a cozy, welcoming supper club where everyone feels like family.
