The Edgewater Supper Club announces a new employee. Meet Eric Lyons.
Former U.S. Marine and teacher, Eric lived the nomad life before coming to Jefferson, Wisconsin. Growing up with his mom, 2 brothers and a dad who moved frequently, Eric lived in Hong Kong for 12 years and visited 15 different countries. That travel bug still lives in Eric today. Wherever he is, he enjoys hiking, exploring and maybe even a Triathlon.
Eric loves working at The Edgewater. He not only enjoys the family friendly atmosphere but he says, “People come from nearby and all over to eat here. Some even fly in which is really cool.” Eric is referring to the local Fort Atkinson Municipal Airport which is just nearby.
Eric’s favorite drink is the Brandy Old-Fashioned and his favorite foods are the Prime Rib and the Pork Collar (when available).
